Dude looks better, but I don't like that abomination on his wrist. And I wouldn't be caught wearing shorts.

Probably because the Pokétch is just a boring LED watch, while the Pokégear is a cell phone/radio/map AND IT'S BETTER AND AWESOME AND HAS MORE COLORS THAN GREEN AND SLIGHTLY DARKER GREEN. IN YOUR FACE POKéTCH. Uh...sorry >.>;

...The Poketech had multiple color choices. The original pokegear was useless, aside from the phone being necessary for the plot, and the radio, which was also for the plot. I didn't even bother getting the map app. I found myself using the Poketech's functions CONSTANTLY.

...The Poketech had multiple color choices. Uh...the screen is only two shades of green. And only a few of the apps were actually useful. And the Pokégear's radio played music in place of the background music, which I used all the time.

It could be 2 shades of multiple colors. Ever catch a Kleckon and show it to the girl in Pal Park? And I use a lot of the apps.

Kecleon.
And I'm guessing the Poketch is the gadget in Pearl? If so:
Poketch > Pokegear > Nothing > Pokenav

A Kecleon (Sorry, spelt it wrong) is a Chameleon like pokemon. It's ability is Color Change, which changes it's type to what move attacked it last time. It's Special Defence is really good, and it's attack isnt too shabby either, but everything else is either average or sucks. Also, it leaens lots of Ghost and Dark type moves.
Another interesting thing to not is, despite it beng fully evolved, it does NOT learn Hyper Beam or Giga Impact.

Do all fully evolved Pokemon learn it? I know MOST of them do, but I'm not sure if Kecleon is the only exception.

To be fair, I'm not familiar with generation 4, but I also think baby stages don't count. So it's not really "fully-evolved"; it doesn't evolve at all.

Kecleon is Generation 3.
Kecleon doesn't evolve from anything. I'd prefer it didn't learn those moves anyway.
