I think the original idea would be greatly improved by restricting where you could put the "flag". Say, it had to be in the last page of a thread on the first page of a forum that you can post in.

But finding a "flag" would be near impossible given where you might hide it; there's over 220,000 posts to go through. Granted, around -iunno- 60% of those posts were made by members who don't post here anymore, but that still that would leave a hypothetical 90,000+ to look at.  |
