It's great if you've already seen the normal ending.
Basically, to describe:
Normal ending: Your character approaches the Princess, continuing the whole Mario style. She starts to approach you... then the stage goes dark. The princess turns into an Eldritch Abomination. She continues to approach, an evil eye appears in the background. Game over.
Good ending: Your character approaches the Princess. She starts to approach you... then the stage goes dark. You both turn into Eldritch Abominations, and live Happily Ever After.
I just think it's a nice subversion of the usual happy ending.

I thought it was hilarious when the heart came up. I laughed for like five minutes. My brother, playing True Crime next to me, looked over, demanded to see the video again, and proclaimed that it sucked.
