No, you can't. Video embed is mostly done in HTML, and this forum uses BBS code. That applies for flash (Or .swf) files, too.

Plans for the hack:

-add 2 more charachters (*)
-add spindash (*1)
-add green area 4 for green rock´s music (*)
-edit green hills graphics (*2)
-add sonic 3 style save feature with sonic cd selecting graphics like in the hoax. (*)
-complete 1st zone (+)
-add sonic 2 style title screen menu
-complete the hack before any of these (maybe not) will be implemented(?)
-add fang as one of the bosses just like knuckles in sonic 3 but as fang instead(*)

note:
* = i cant to this because i dont know how
+ = i can do this
? = depends on other implementions

problems:
*1 - no-one wouldnt guide me step-by-step
*2 - ewery time i recompress graphics the rom wont work because i gotta edit something in there by hex and i dont understand hex much.

C and D), change the darkest tone on the checkerboard pattern; it stands out too much.
Change the tone to this:
Red: 6 Green: 4 Blue: 0
That should make it easier on the eyes.
