The compression is pretty obvious, why don't you JPEG it using Photoshop, it shows you a preview and what the filesize will be, and you use a slider to determine your image quality.

Dude, piss off man, use white or at least pale speech bubbles. I can't read that at my resolution.
If you must, use less panels, and fill each of them with more quality, rather than spacing out crap and wasting space. I seriously just can't read it and thus can't be bothered to read it properly.
