No, CC recorded a movie, and then took a screenshot of a specific time in the movie, and saves it as a JPG. He then pasted it into [whatever] and had to save it as a JPG because it has them in.

Movie maker? My webcam's built in, and comes with a photo capture program. It's a JPG because that was the only way I could get it under the 500kb file size limit on Smack Jeeves.
And Scyphen was right about the mirror. But because I needed my left hand in the shot holding Knuckles, and my right hand the click the "Take Picture" button, I was holding it with my teeth.
