I meant X-treme as in the cancelled Sega Saturn game, but this is cool too.

After looking at the Sonic X-treme Tails model, I'd have to say no. There's something I just don't like about it. Anyways. Here's a character that probably nobody will recognize. He first appeared long ago as a sprite I made without a name. He later appeared in a very short comic series I made, in a different form. Now here he is, finally 3D. Zyanide. Let's just say he plays a part in Space's backstory. Note the dual razor discs on the back of his hands. (GOD I hate working with spines) This next pic shows something I've been wanting to do with Myles. 3D is FUN to work with.

I meant just use the SA2 model.
Make a picture that looks like X-treme.
Am I really that hard to understand?

When you first said X-treme, I remembered seeing the name in the model dump, but the Tails model I found... ...didn't really appeal to me. But, now that I know what you mean (at least, I think I know, just woke up and all), I'll try. Until then... Here's something awesome I finally figured out... Meet... ...well, if you don't know his name by now, get outta SV. I finally figured out how to do that glowing effect without using Blender's edge-detect. I can't believe how well it worked.

So, until I do one of the following: 1. Make a fight scene between Zyanide and Space 2. Get feedback on a model (NOT one of the models I've already posted) 3. Fix and pose a Knuckles base ...here's a cool/creepy pic. You know, the strange thing about 3D is that I'm actually finding it easier than spriting. It's probably because I suck at getting 3D concepts out of my mind and into 2D sprite form. Like the Paladin. Which would probably rock in sprite form. But I can't sprite well from scratch. ... hint hint?

I didn't realise the one on the right had grey irises; seriously. (In a hoax of mine that references Team3, he has green eyes instead)

I think he's supposed to have green eyes. Space, you should e-mail that to Matt, he'll be rolling on the floor. I know I am.

OSNAPS DOUBLE POST. Here's a new action pic. I'll probably be able to vastly improve it later, as my Blender skills increase, but for now, it's good. I experimented with a camera lens effect this time, although it's not that noticeable. I also fixed up a line that would stretch between the shield and Zyanide's hand, and used the halo effect on it to make it an energy chain. Finally, the razor disc is using a motion blur effect. I'm thinking on releasing random details on the characters in each pic from now on. Space: After observing Space's battles, one might say he seems a bit overpowered. This can be explained in several ways. 1. If, hypothetically speaking, we were to separate Space's life into several, shall we say, "games," the current point would be after the first, somewhere during the (very long) prologue of the second. So it's taking place before the mysterious sequel power loss phenomenon. 2. Due to a pack-rat nature, Space has a LOT of junk hidden about on his person, some of which could be enchanted with magical enhancements. (However, Space focuses on training with the intent of rendering those enhancements unnecessary.) Zyanide: After their first few battles, Space started referring to Zyanide's razor discs as "Yo-yos of Death." Surprisingly, Zyanide took that in good humor. Sure, he may be out to kill Space, but that apparently doesn't cancel out a sense of humor.
