The inanimate carbon rod gun looks like its coming along well. However, you have yet to implement to two features of every single FPS game today: bloom and ragdoll physics.

The inanimate carbon rod gun looks like its coming along well. 'Tis a Phantastic-Class handgun (i.e. derived from a Phantasy Star Online handgun). However, you have yet to implement to two features of every single FPS game today: bloom and ragdoll physics. Bloom... not so sure about that, but ragdoll physics may be coming soon for the Bullet engine... of course I have to actually implement a character with an armature in the game engine first. Not to mention gritty brown-ness. Screw that. BLUE SKY IN GAMES! ...But then again, this may be delayed in general considering I've managed to play Half-Life 2 up to the start of the Citadel assault without it crashing. Without. It. Crashing. After I performed ALL of the actions that have caused it to crash in the past (Setting things on fire, letting an object on fire be destroyed by said fire, driving the buggy, etc.). I... I think this possibly means... I could possibly reinstall Garry's Mod. And do something decent with it this time.

Well, dangit, Bish's recent thread has me wanting to work with those MMD models, too. Here's a toon shading test (nothing like Bish's excellent shading techniques; consultation with him ultimately showed that Blender can't do that style of shading... at least, not the way he does it) using what I recently learned was Drossel von Frϋgel from a recent CG anime called "Fireball" from Disney of Japan. Currently working on another one that requires a LOT more reconstruction than this one did. 'Tis good practice, it is.

Been a while, hasn't it? Anyways, quick pic of a quick Myles redesign I did after I received some comments on the SRB2 forums, after I had posted some Blender-to-sprite pics. Trying to separate him even farther from his original Tails base. (Forgot to change the shoes.) At the moment, I'm trying for something between Blaze and Tails. Comments? Criticisms? Suggestions?
