So it can be done. Well, can anyone make Midis that sound SIMILAR to the MP3s?

Why don't you just download a MIDI making program and re-make the songs? =P

Just downsample the MP3's in Audacity or something. Duh.
Anyway, when you say that the MP3's are 'too big', how long are the songs and how big are the files?

Umm... Will that let me have the full version, and if so, how do I torrent it? You can only save files w/ the full version.

If they're 2:00 minutes, average size would be around 1.8MB, assuming the mp3s are encoded at 128Kbps. At 56Kbps, they'd be 840KB each on average, but 56Kbps is a rather poor encoding; I'd go for around 64Kbps.

Well, I got some good news, the new engine we're using made it so that the constantly complained-about collision errors will be MUCH rarer.
Also, we are NOT releasing a demo, rather, we will have 3 beta testers, and we will take all our advice from them.

@neo, that's what I was thinking, MP3's are pretty damn small in file size, and around 3MBs is fine. I'm just wondering why PK is complaining that they're 'too big'.
It's not like we all run computers from 1964 with a whole KB of memory.

Maybe PK's concerned about total filesize when downloading; I recall the BB3 Demo being at least 20MB in size..
