Sorry, DP again. Comic #2 is done.  I hope it's better. Credit to Domenico (MFZ) for the Sonic Battle BG. Trinity and Cyber Sonic are (C) their resective owners. This one was made more because I was bored than anything else. |

Comments:
Increase size so the sprites don't look weirdly undersized. If it's to fit the background, enlarge the background instead.
Try a better font. I suggest Arial as opposed to Times New Roman.
Try to make more detailed 'other' backgrounds, such as the sewers. Or find anotehr background, maybe from another game.
Maybe decrease the font size a little too, make sure the text is well contained in the text box, no touching the edges or being too close.
I also reccomend using SFX from the Mystical Forest Zone (obviously giving credit) as an improvement apon handdrawn FX.
Try not to bitmix with characters either (The mayor....who's smiling despite said problems).
...*laughs*
I was just thinking how the villain should be Omosonic, with Omochao minions XD
God how we all hate them.
Cyber Sonic wasn't made by Eggman either-*shot*
