I put in an interesting feature, if you have only 1 pokemon in a double battle, you can attack twice with the same pokemon

No idea HOW you do that...so will you have a choice of whether you send out 1 or 2 Pokemon? Sounds pretty interesting. I know nil about hexing at all. I DID at one point attempt trying some programs, but most of them messed up and etc...it goes on. Fuzzy! Give me lessons-*shot* One thing that would be cool is some areas rain sometimes, and some are sunny sometimes, like in a volcanic region. No. I mean I liked it better because you didn't have to have the best team ever for the Elite 4 battle in Crystal. I had a level 80-100 Feraligator (Feraligatr) and it kicked ass. I beat ALL the Elite 4 only with him. But, no, Ruby requires a super-powered team. No it doesn't. I thrashed it with Lv. 44's around. Tactics, my boy (and no, I did NOT use Groudon as part of my team either...that's boring now). It WAS mostly pretty easy because I got my Medicham to use Bulk up a couple of times and Brick break to death the Dark and Ice type sets. Suckers... My team consisted of: Medicham Granbull Guagsire Jolteon Skarmory Venusaur |

I PWNed the Elite 4 with just a Level 70 Sceptile (AND NOTHING ELSE) in Sapphire, and since it's basically the same as Ruby; no, Ruby doesn't require a superpowered team.

Looks pretty cool. The house in the rocks looks pretty good, too.
I see you don't appear to have programmed the trainers properly yet. I think...
Mostly just map and pokemon relocations. Try a bit more indepth editing. I'd start again, and try making a sprite basis for the first town. See what you think of it and what others think. Then edit the people and so on.
Can you put in custom sprites to the game?

That was... weird.
My advice: Call the game a different name. 'Sea Blue' is yet to be sold. That way, you don't have to call everything 'NEO ______'.

First of all, I already beat those trainers, second of all, with the program I use, you cant edit sprites As for the title screen, I cant find any title screen editors. So it's Ruby. Coolcorky, All of those have been made (yes, even sick dark green) |

Pokemon Opal
EDIT: The video...you made the maps too much of a maze...like the new music though.
