Interesting enough, but I don't have the old Sega systems *gasp* All I really had was a Genesis, but that was sold to get money for my sister's GBA a long time ago... but thanks to Sonic Mega Collection, I can play them! I quite like 'em too...as for anything that wasn't on Genesis, then I'm in a rut there because as I said, my mom despises things being downloaded that said, I promise very little chaos, unless a conspiracy of some sort is involved.... heh....

No I mean, there are PC ports for all the games I mentioned. Still dirt cheap. OfficeMax and Staples carry them usually. Besides, if you had 'em on Genesis, then you'd have to archive 'em, which I don't know how to do XP.

I see.... but, I like the Adventure titles over all just for the chao raising feature and different levels of gameplay... but some of those missions annoy me to the point where I want to stick my foot through them... and what's archiving?

Heh. Don't expect to be making much in the way of Adventure hoaxes though, most people usually either edit already released screenshots or use the SADX demo for the PC, which you have to download . Archiving is basically making a ROM which you can use on the PC. I don't know how though, so don't ask .

oh, more computer complicated fun! and I thought Computer Media class was hard enough... as for hoaxing, it seems interesting, like I said, but I don't think I'll ever be able to until I get my own computer, so there's still that spark of hope... anyways, I think I'm more suited to WCMO, which is fine by me, for now, but I'd love to start hoaxing later on.
I also have this strange calling to the background music in Sonic games, like they're better than the music that most people listen to...strange...*hums Trespasser*

Heh. There are plenty of free Midi sequencers out there if you look, but all for download. Although, if you really like the music that much, get a band together along with some good recording software. I kid you not, people will download modernized, synthesized classic Sonic tracks. Here's a link to the Sonic 2 Remix project: sonic2.ocremix.org/80 megs remixing and modernizing every piece of music in Sonic 2. Mp3 format I think, and not too bad. So if you build it, they will come.

I frequent The Sonic Corner a lot... especially when I have a need to listen to Casinopolis(S2 version), Chemical Plant, Aquatic Mine, or a SA2 song...the soundtracks remain elusive though....

Erm...hello all. I decided to join the SV Forum because the whole SV site just owns. Hoaxes, midis...yes...it rocks.
I also joined it because...well...I like Sonic...and Knuckles...and...all the other characters and games of Sega.
Also, I make sprite comics...crappy ones...and I'm trying to become a hoaxer... still can't get emulators to work...so yeah...I..guess that's me.

Hi I'm new here and have had a go at hoaxing and spriting I tried a comic but it didn't work (couldn't get the template right ) I joined because I have been a long time sonic fan and enjoy reading hoaxes. I will apologise in advance for any bumps because I have a habit of just posting in a topic without checking when the last post was (eg. aug 15th 04) anyway Hi! ;D

Welcome aboard. Here's a hint though: Just stick to the first page topics, as those are usually the recent ones. We don't go through many topics very quickly, so once you get to the second page we're talking old XP.

Well, I'm Sparky, and I am new. I went to this forum and I saw this topic. Then I went and typed out "Well, I'm Sparky, and I'm..."
Okay? I'm an Aussie, and enjoy raising chao! How can you not ignore those cute creatures? To top it off, I'm also a Poke-player, and if anyone cares, I have completed the pokedex in all but one of my games.
And, I was the newest guy here, but someone just signed up, and now I'm not!
And to top it off, I know Aldarthedingo's true identity...
