I approve of his liking BattleTech, but disapprove of him claiming that any mech is superior to the Daishi.

The Daishi is a sturdy 'Mech, sure, and capable of having pretty strong armaments, but a Mad Cat combines that with speed and being cheaper to build. Plus, high customization allows it to have any manner of roles, from recon to artillery to frontal assault, while the Daishi is locked in place in a heavy-hitting frontal assault role. |
