This is the only Neon Genesis Evangelion item to date that I know of that ever appeared in a kid's site. Granted, this is nothing recent, in fact it's 8-9 years old. Basically it's an intense 3-level shooter where you play as Rei's head (o_0) and you shoot three of the Angels from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Very intense and unforgiving, but very fun.
Also a bit short, but worth a check out. My record is 1:38.
