I don't even have the energy to tell you how crappy this idea is. Just...Delete this and don't do it again. Messageboards are for sites and online communities.

Bear in mind that successful message boards tend to start online communities as well. However, if your forum doesn't have something to attract members (a website, a project, something unique, etc) then you shouldn't expect it to grow. |

That's great and all, but DON'T MAKE A SITE AND FORUMS WITH YOUR NAME ON IT. If you're going to start a community, make an original name relating to the topic. Since you posted it here and mentioned hoaxes, I'll assume it's related to Sonic. So make a clever Sonic site name. You sound like an arrogant ass when you name a site after yourself...Even if it is a screenname. (Don't touch that one, Tene. Just don't.)

Fiery's right. If you create a website and actually want people to visit it, give it a good name. Something original, and, if you can, witty.
For the record, the only reason I named my forum after myself was that I didn't originally intend it to have any members.

Yeah make a site with some kind of perpose. Ex: My forums are for my Doom clan. They aren't just about me, and they have a community of Doom players who hang with us. Your site, however, is about yourself. Honestly I don't see many people signing up to a forum about yourself. WHERE!? |
