Fiery, I can't remember the last time I read a constructive post from you.
There is nothing wrong with posting forums here. Whether or not they should be created in the first place is dependant: If they have a purpose (as this orignally did) then there is nothing wrong with it.
Neon, I would comment on your forum, but I prefer to see what a forum is like before registering. You should turn off the requirement to register before viewing.

If it no longer has the purpose it originally had, it's of no use to us. And hardly a reason to waste the time of anyone. You assholes shot down the TE board Cheesy, Madrick and I created. Don't even try to have me believe this sh.t is any better.

OK.
Hint one: tone down the colours. Turn your border colour to black (to fit with the window colours) and change the background and title colours to a greyer shade to avoid hurting people's eyes.
Hint two: Use fewer categories. Those with just one forum can be merged into others. In fact, reconsider the categories you have. Sort into conversation, content and records. Put your General, Random, Interest and Blog forums into conversation; your Contests, Tutorials and Questions into content and the rest into records. Much easier to navigate.
Hint three: You don't need that many mods. Really.
