Sonic 2 Beta:
Oil Ocean music uses the finals Casino Night 2P. But with a bit different note keys.
Dust Hill is Mystic Cave.
Sonic 2 Delta:
Same Oil Ocean.
Dust Hill is a new zone based from a desert zone mock up and plays the final versions Oil Ocean.
Sonic 2 Final:
Oil Ocean plays the music we know it for.
No Dust Hill.

WINTER HILL IS A RECREATION OF THE NEVER MADE STAGE THAT ONE OF THE ZONE ARTISTS MENTIONED IN AN INTERVIEW. IT WAS RECREATED IN THE ROM HACK SONIC 2 DELTA AND USED PORTED MUSIC FROM MARBLE ZONE.

I have Sonic 2 Delta, and the only added levels in it are:
Dust Hill Zone acts 1 and 2
Hidden Palace Zone acts 1 and 2
Genocide City Zone act 1 and 2
Death Egg Zone 1 and 2 (The one used in Sonic 2 was DEZ3)
I'm assuming Winter Hill is the blue Dust Hill Zone?

Go into the html source, do a search for the extension which is used for the file you want to download
(For this, you would search .mp3) it should take you to a link in the source. Copy that into the address bar, and save to disk.
Direct linking for all. But, If they don't have an encryption script, I doubt they have one to check for direct linking. But i've removed them anyways to keep you happy.
