Yeah, I kinda got into remixing last year, but with college nowadays, I don't really have time to do many.. So I'll share what I have done so far.

ACOUSTIC BATTLE - I played the Sonic 2 Boss Theme live from my keyboard and recorded it to my computer through FLStudio.
Very minimal mistakes, but I can do better now.

FLAMES ON THE ICE - My very first remix. This was before I had my computer, so this was done all with the mouse on my moms computer, tweaking each individual note..... took me months to finish it....
