With respect, this board does have something different about it, namely the fact that it's about Dynamite Headdy - don't believe I've seen a Headdy-specific board before.

That's a site making program? I thought it was just a host.
Some of the more typical hosts (ie Freewebs and Piczo) give you tools to build a site without direct code input.
