Let's think here...
How much time do people usually have in a day? When they get on the computer, they go to sites they like, visit forums they frequently post at....Now let's look at your forums. What in the HELL makes you believe anyone's going to waste their time with it? Sure, you've made quite a few subforums in some sort of desperate cry for members. How's that working for you? *check* Oh....Two members. You've nearly caught up with SV already!
Forums are NOT personal blogs/personal profiles. NOT EVERY PERSON NEEDS ONE. Forums are made for a community, not for an individual.

That is the point my forum is making. Run down and such on purpose to teach people, you can have a forum with alot of crap in it, but that doesn't mean it will be good. Also, it is still unfinished. And I joined twice because I thought I was supposed to Be the first to join, but I didn't know I already did. It is a comparison. Mearly to show if you make this forum, you have no skill.

Have a reason for creating it. You don't just create a forum because you feel like it.
Hell, my forum wasn't popular enough so now it's the forum for about 8 websites all at once, and it STILL has hardly any members! Forums are communities. You'll have the occasional good Sonic or Tails forum, but making a forum about nothing is stupid and pointless.
