Ehm...Not really sure what to comment on. I was about to complain a whole lot, but at least you actually had a site to put in here. Even if it is freewebs, and even if it probably sucks. (Not clicking it.) Anyway..Shorten your damned signature. Everybody knows about Runescape, you're at a site based on Sonic, and you have two of the same banner twice...Well, one of them has an idiotic MSpaint-scribble green glow, but it hardly makes the banner better. Hell, I think it decreases the quality. And why do you need your name in there? We can see your display name pretty clearly without a little note reminding us in your signature.

Danju: Take off a few of your signatures, you only need one.
The art: Might want to make it more refined than a science-class sketch if you want to post it online. =P
The Site: Eh, it's freewebs. I'd recommend knocking out the music, people want to listen to THEIR music when surfing the web.
