Let me just say something insightful here:
Yes, dreams do mean something. They are the products of your imagination, what they contain depends on what is on your mind. In other words, dreams can tell you what you really think about in your subconscious.

Posibly... But then again... Some Dreams could be an omen... As in...Like something that may tell the future.

Well, that dream about Sonic I had when I was little might have been something that told me that I would be a Sonic Fan... So it could be any dream... I'm not exactly sure...

Unless you're temporally omniscient, your dreams should simply be your deep inner feelings. You would sometimes act on those feelings, giving the impression that you're seeing the future in dreams.

I once had a dream where I was going to be eaten alive by worms. (Worm-eaten corpse reference. Freaking 28 Days Later or whatever!) Once they were at a far distance, I said "Phew! I lost them!". Then a spider dropped down on a silk strand. Guess what that means.
That was one of the scariest/stupidest dreams I ever had. >.>
