Star: One of the greatest things you can do in life is learn to accept constructive criticism. It's still occasionally one of my great failings, too.
When people constructively criticise you, that doesn't mean that they're not friends with you anymore or they want you to feel bad.
If you like your sprite then fine, stick to it. No one's got a gun to your head saying CHANGE THE SKIN COLOR!!!!11!!11 All D was trying to do was offer advice as to how he thinks the sprite could look better than it does. If you want my opinion, I'd say may the dress shouldn't by Ecofox-green, (brown and bright light green does clash a little), but maybe a darker green, like a Tim333-green or something. You'd have a whole woodsy/foresty colour scheme going on ^_^

Honest criticism is hard to take, particularly from a friend, a relative, an acquaintance or a stranger.
And Star, if you like that image, keep it. Hell, grey-crimson and bright red don't go together either, but I still use it for my picture.

EDIT:A small tune-up to the sprite..Added:Leaf-Like wings and a dark green dress. What do you all think?

I think the sprite's alright, but the brown hue used all over the thing makes it look murky. I think some bright colours would do well in that case.

More murky colours... I think something bright should go onto it.

I think you might need more depth, not just having one color for wings or capes or something.
