I would say;
if you include lock-on games; Sonic 3 And Knuckles
if you're only allowed to include the games on their own; Sonic 2 (my first ever game!)

Sonic Spinball is good, but i've only played beta, and it won't let me kill Robotnic...so i'm gonna try and find the full rom...
