The only problem I see in the rallies is the obvious contradiction of saying, "Don't drive up to DC because the man in the talking box tells you," coming from a man in a talking box telling you to drive to DC.

Stewart's actually saying "Think before you act" more than "Stick it to the man". He's actively encouraging people with other obligations to stay home. You crazy Americans and your awesome-ass rallies/marches. Man, we only got the Zombie Walk over here.
In other news, Scott Pilgrim Button. Where's the gif for when Darth Vader Force-Pull's Han Solo's Blaster Pistol?

We got back on Sunday around 5PM, but that's because we drove back partway at night, and then stopped in NYC to have lunch and drop off my sister.
The rally was, as Breaker said, awesome. We got there around 12:30PM I think and the metro was crowded as hell. Tons of funny signs, and by the end of the rally we could ALMOST see the first massive TV clearly. A couple issues with not being able to hear some parts, but it was really fun.
Favorite part of the rally: Peace/Crazy/Love Train.

We got there around 12:30PM I think and the metro was crowded as hell. Oh god the Metro. We were headed back towards Dupont Circle around 8pm and it was crowded as hell. We were already shoulder to shoulder and at one stop this black girl decides she's going to get on the train anyway. Everyone was telling her there was absolutely no room and some neckbeard decided to take it on himself to yell obscenities at her. Of course, the two start going at it and don't shut up the rest of the way there. Somehow, she was able to fit. My friends and I got stuck with some more Redditors (POPPETs where everywhere) so it didn't turn out all that bad. Also, we broke the metro's record for ridership.
