I'd join if JD Film was like Kurasawa and made mad films. Okay, he doesn't make films, but if he did and they had a samurai... I'm in the middle of setting up a series about me and my friends being general weird morons, with weird yet somehow funny jokes such as me and my friend watching his brother eat cereal and narrating it like it's the Kelloggs Olympics, random stop motion craziness, and who can even guess what else.

If you was doing like an animation, or something like that, I would be saying "Wow, maybe I would like something like this", but i'm not really sure that's what people wanna watch these days, but when you've finished it, i'll give it a chance and see if it's good or bad.

I predict that in a few week's time we'll be hearing the excuse, "you had to be there."

I'm attempting to not be a bawbag for a period of time, but you people do not make it easy.
Enigmus, really. You're sort of bringing this upon yourself by now. Pretty much the entire forum has shown a lack of interest in, or a burning desire to destroy, your forum. Continuing to post about it isn't exactly doing you any favours.
Also, Shiver, it would be exactly like that. Maybe funny at the time, not funny if you were not there.

I pretty much agree with everything Fade said.
Enigmus, if you have any intention of joining the SV community, I recommend you drop this thread and participate in other discussions. At the moment, you're still just trying to plug a forum, which is never going to work, especially here where pretty much everyone has or has had one of their own - or at least has seen so many others that they're sick of them. A forum alone is never enough to be worth advertising, with the possible exception of having a large amount of unique content on it. Even your proposed video series wouldn't be enough, except possibly in the extremely far-fetched case of your humour being hilarious and original enough to rival Monty Python or some such. Unless you specifically need a community for what you're doing - and you don't - get a website instead. Then there's at least a reasonable chance of picking up a few hits. Then you can make a forum, and have people join it. But your current approach just isn't going to work.
