The reason the mods are male isn't because the site is sexist or anything, it's because those are people who are generally good for the job.
It's not a requirement for sites to have completely even staff members. Remember, tokenism is just as bad as sexism or racism.

Well, I don't find there being any problems with it, no female (or male for that matter) has complained about it. I do get what you mean, but the current mods have been here since the beginning of this website, and pretty much know it inside out. Only recently has there been more female members in the scene, and most newer people have note nough knowledge of the place or respect/popularity. I hope you can understand that.
Does it clear some things up? Trust me, I know what you are trying to say, but this isn't sexism or anything.

Not in the least. Besides, I'm not sexist at all. If there was a need for a staff position right now (which there is not), I'd have no complaints about it being a female member, so long as they were good for the job.
